Internship Overview
This role will provide various Controls & Compliance services to the ELC Global Finance community, working closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and execute accordingly. These areas include but are not limited to the Sarbanes-Oxley program, Controls follow up, Third Party Administrator, Facilitated Self-Assessment, SOX 302, Tableau Dashboarding, and Controls Issue Management.
Responsabilities
- SOX 302 Consolidation & Reporting
- SOX 404 follow-up
- Representation Letter Reporting and Follow-up
- Third Party Risk Management & Reporting (SOC-1/SSAE 18 requirements)
- Global Policy Facilitation & Publication
- C&C Communication Governance (SharePoint maintenance, Newsletter)
- Controls & Compliance Calendar Administration & Status Reporting
- Develop new visualization dashboards based on service delivery needs as identified by internal customer groups.
- Provide periodic reporting updates / snapshots from Tableau dashboards to drive status update discussions and/or provide insights based on tool outputs.

Qualifications
- Microsoft Office.
- Tableau and SAP GRC (desirable)
- Strong communication skills.
- Self aware of their work and is open to receiving feedback. Ability to work in teams and independently if required.
- High-touch service: Manages to create a trust-based relationship with their peers, managers and clients through active listening, customer service, proactivity and many other Data and SLA commitment driven
